Effective upon payment
This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is between Curbmate ("Company") and the customer ("Customer") signing up for bin curbside service.
1. Services
Curbmate will move Customer's trash and recycling bins from their property to the curb before their scheduled pickup time, and return the bins to the property after collection is complete, every scheduled pickup day.
2. Payment
Customer agrees to pay $5.00 per week (Weekly Plan) or $20.00 per month (Monthly Plan) for service. Payment is due at the start of each service period. Curbmate reserves the right to pause service if payment is not received.
3. Cancellation
Either party may cancel this agreement at any time with no penalty. Customer may cancel by contacting Curbmate at Curbmatehelp@gmail.com or calling (385) 253-2318. No refunds are issued for partial service periods already rendered.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customer agrees to ensure bins are accessible on their scheduled pickup day and that there are no hazards preventing Curbmate from safely accessing the bins. Customer is responsible for ensuring bins are placed where they can be moved (e.g. not locked behind a gate).
5. Liability
Curbmate is not responsible for missed pickups due to circumstances outside our control (e.g. weather, holiday schedule changes, municipal pickup changes). In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify the Customer. Curbmate's liability is limited to the amount paid for the current service period.
6. Agreement
