Terms of Service

1. Services

Curbmate ("Company", "we", "us") provides a bin curbside service. We move your trash and recycling bins from your property to the curb before your scheduled municipal pickup, and return them to your property after collection is complete.

Service is provided on your designated pickup day. We operate in the areas we currently serve and reserve the right to expand or limit service areas at any time.

2. Payment & Billing

Service is billed at $5.00 per week (Weekly Plan) or $20.00 per month (Monthly Plan). Payment is due at the start of each service period.

We accept Cash App ($FeyisaBerisa), PayPal (paypal.me/curbmate), and credit/debit card via Square. Curbmate reserves the right to pause or cancel service if payment is not received.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your service at any time with no penalty or early termination fee. To cancel, contact us at Curbmatehelp@gmail.com or call (385) 253-2318.

No refunds are issued for partial service periods that have already been rendered. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to ensure your bins are accessible on your scheduled pickup day and that there are no hazards preventing us from safely reaching them (e.g. locked gates, blocked driveways). You are responsible for ensuring your bins are placed in a location we can access.

5. Missed Pickups & Liability

Curbmate is not responsible for missed pickups due to circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to severe weather, municipal schedule changes, holidays, or road closures. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance.

Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the current service period.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify active customers of significant changes.
