1. Information We Collect

Curbmate is a platform that lets Operators run their own bin service. Depending on how you use Curbmate, we may collect:

• From Operators: name, business name, email, phone, city/state, and a payment card kept on file (stored securely by Stripe) to charge the platform fee.
• From Customers: name, service address, phone, email, and plan/pickup preferences submitted through an Operator's site.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to operate and improve the platform. Specifically:

• To let Operators manage their customers, workers, and service schedules
• To send account, confirmation, and service update emails
• To charge Operators the 15% platform fee via Stripe
• To share a Customer's details with the Operator they signed up with, so that Operator can provide the service

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Payment Information

Operator platform-fee cards are processed and stored securely by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers or CVV.

Customer payments to Operators are made through Cash App, PayPal, Venmo, or card, and are processed by those platforms under their own privacy policies. Curbmate does not hold or process Customer payments.

4. Data Storage

Account information is stored securely on our servers. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the platform.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Operators can delete their account and all associated data directly from their dashboard. You may also contact us at hello@curbmate.co and we will respond within 5 business days.

6. Cookies

Our website does not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising analytics. We use browser localStorage only to keep you signed in to your account on your own device. Our payment provider Stripe may set its own cookies for fraud prevention.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify active Operators of significant changes via email. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
